Customer Feedback is a Gift
The Duck Bag wouldn’t be what it is today without great ideas from our customers. Thank you to everyone that has helped improve this product over the years—I appreciate you! Here are a few of the people I’m thankful for.
Ken in Iowa. On the first iteration, the pouch was sewn shut all the way around, which made it difficult to load shells into both rows of loops. Ken inspired the use of snaps as a way to daylight the interior of the pack.
Barry in Pennsylvania. The chest strap used to be black, to match the buckle. Barry suggested that both straps be made from the coyote webbing, and that’s how it’s been ever since.
Kent in Oregon. That little card that I send with each bag came about because of this man. Blunt and to the point, Kent told me he couldn’t figure out how to put the darn thing on and that I should include some instructions.
Kevin in Wisconsin. Every company has a first customer. Kevin earned the distinction as the first person to stumble upon the Low Profile website and buy a Duck Bag. This was an affirming moment. My good friends Randy and Diane at Pak-it-Rite shipped it out for me.
